Soaring, soaring… Right back to our roots

There is one form of art which directly touches our heart and emotions, and elevates them if it has the strength. Many are called, but few are chosen to create music for the soul. One of the few chosen by Destiny is Theodosii Spassov. His music is both unearthly and cosmic and many believe him to be the Kaval of the planet. However, the most precious quality of the music created by Theodosii is that it is ours, it is Bulgarian. In its own way it touches the soul of everyone and everything on Earth. His kaval manages to summon the winds of Everest; even the penguins on Livingstone Island are captivated by his performances.

This album by the No Keys Trio is unlimited in terms of genre. In each one of us it throws open the doors to the unfathomable. With the adept support of Aleksandar Lekov (bass) and Nacho Gospodinov (drums), Theodosii sings, plays his kaval and offers us a bouquet of eight musical pieces.

He shows the right way to The Lost Whales, inspires a Dandelion to blossom and fly… We Are Water, brings the water within us to the boil on the wings of White Sea Song, Yafo Hop and the Pravo Horo traditional circle dance. His emotional experiments continue in Test Tube until finally lighting the divine spark to shoot us soaring high into the air in a distant Longing.
